TECHNICAL SKILL & ARTISTRY (Must Achieve PERFECTION)· Absolute Precision:
· Zero observable technical flaws: no polish on the skin, cuticles cleaned to perfection, perfectly straight lines.
· Nail shape is sculpted to be balanced and flattering to the unique shape of each client's hands.
· Masterful Artistry & Innovation:
· Possesses at least three exclusive, complex nail art designs (e.g., intricate illustrations, 3D sculpting, advanced mixed-media techniques) executed flawlessly.
· Technicians demonstrate the ability to consult and create custom designs based on the individual personality and requests of the client.
· Exceptional Longevity:
· Gel manicures must remain in perfect condition (no chipping, lifting, filing, or color fading) for a minimum of three weeks.2. HYGIENE, SAFETY & HEALTH (Zero Tolerance)· Sterile Environment:
· All non-disposable tools (nippers, cuticle pushers) must be sterilized in an autoclave and presented in sterile packaging for each client.
· A fully documented log for equipment sterilization and maintenance must be available.
· "Clean Room" Standards:
· Not a single speck of dust or stray hair can be found in the working area. Nail stations are sanitized with medical-grade alcohol before and after every client.

It is the symbol of a premium guarantee.PREREQUISITE: The salon must have held the Silver Trust Seal for a minimum of 3 months.---CORE CRITERIA (Must achieve a score of 85-94%)1. TECHNICAL SKILL & ARTISTRY (Excellent & Refined)· Near-Flawless Technique:
· Minor errors are very rare (only 1-2 hard-to-notice flaws). Polish does not touch the skin; cuticles are neatly managed.
· Nail shapes are uniform, balanced, and tailored to client requests.
· Strong Artistic Capability:
· Proficiently and beautifully executes popular nail art techniques (liner brush work, 3D flowers, ombre) and some advanced techniques.
· Demonstrates the ability to understand and bring clients' creative ideas to life.
· Superior Longevity:
· Gel manicures remain in good condition (no significant chipping or lifting, stable color) for at least 2 weeks.2. HYGIENE & SAFETY (Exemplary & Trustworthy)· Rigorous Sanitation Protocol:

This recognition honors their commitment to maintaining core quality.---CORE CRITERIA (Must achieve a score of 70-84%)1. TECHNICAL SKILL & QUALITY (Good & Reliable)· Good and Stable Technique:
· The finished work is clean and neat. There may be minor, insignificant flaws that do not detract from the overall appearance.
· Basic nail shapes are even and attractive.
· Diverse Skill Set:
· Proficiently performs popular services (gel polish, acrylics) and some basic decoration techniques (simple line art, stone placement).
· Colors are harmoniously coordinated.
· Acceptable Longevity:
· Gel manicures remain in basic condition (may show slight wear at the free edge) for at least 10 days to 2 weeks.2. HYGIENE & SAFETY (Clean & Safe - MANDATORY REQUIREMENT)· Adherence to Basic Sanitation Protocols:
· Tools are disinfected after each client (using alcohol or disinfectant solutions). Single-use items (files, nail clippers) must be new for each client.
